Only the best is good enough for KOK'O. The eggs we prepare meet the strictest governmental standards, and the criteria of Lecoque eggs. Upon arrival, they are thoroughly inspected: we look at their freshness, the colour of the yolk and the weight.
The eggs are prepared in accordance with the stringent HACCP legislation and BRC standards. They are boiled, peeled and packaged using state-of-the-art techniques. Our internal laboratories continuously monitor quality and hygiene. We also work in close collaboration with the University of Ghent: we spare no efforts to give you top quality.
